$2,200- 2,900.00 weekly ($375.00 nightly, 3 night minimum)

Payment:        50% to guarantee reservation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Security:         10% (refundable upon satisfactory inspection after      checkout )

  Cleaning Fee: $150.00 per rental (security and cleaning fee payable with final payment)

NEW FOR 2010: Required 6% Bahamian tax added to reservation

Cancellations:  More than 90 days, refund minus $100 processing fee     Less than 90 days, forfeit $ (except security, tax and cleaning fee) unless rented at full rate, if re-rented at discounted rate, refund to be pro-rated
